Acceptance of Terms:

  • Welcome to EventASAP. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, whether you are an event service provider (“Vendor”) or an event organizer or individual booking services (“Client”). By using EventASAP, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

DEFINITIONS

  • “Platform” refers to EventASAP, the website and services provided.
  • “Vendor” refers to any event service provider offering services through the platform.
  • “Client” refers to any individual or entity booking services through the platform.
  • “Booking” refers to the agreement between the Vendor and Client for a service.
  • “Service Fee” refers to the percentage of the payment EventASAP retains for facilitating transactions.

PLATFORM USAGE

  • Eligibility

    • Vendors must be legally registered businesses or independent professionals.
    • Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to book services.
    • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

    Vendor Listings

    • Vendors must provide truthful descriptions of their services, pricing, and availability.
    • EventASAP reserves the right to review and remove listings that violate these Terms.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own legal compliance, including obtaining licenses or insurance where applicable.

     

PAYMENT TERMS

  • 3.1 Client Payments & Vendor Payouts

    • Clients must pay 100% upfront for bookings. Payments are securely held by EventASAP.
    • Vendors receive 100% of the payment after delivering services.

    3.2 Service Fees

    • EventASAP charges a [Insert Percentage]% service fee on all transactions, deducted before payouts.

    3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

    • Client-Initiated Cancellations: Vendors may create their own cancellation policies, but a 100% refund is required if the Vendor cancels.
    • Vendor-Initiated Cancellations: If a Vendor cancels, Clients receive a full refund, including any service fees.
    • EventASAP reserves the right to intervene in disputes and determine fair resolutions.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • 4.1 Service Complaints

    • Clients must raise any service-related issues within 48 hours of service completion.
    • If a dispute arises, EventASAP may withhold final payment to the Vendor until the matter is resolved.

    4.2 Dispute Mediation

    • Clients and Vendors should attempt to resolve disputes independently before escalating to EventASAP. Client should know that refund is for only no-show.
    • EventASAP reserves the right to review evidence (messages, contracts, media proof) before making a decision.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 5.1 Clients

    • Must ensure bookings align with event details (e.g., correct date, time, and service scope).
    • Agree to communicate respectfully with Vendors.

    5.2 Vendors

    • Must honor their commitments and deliver quality service.
    • Responsible for delays, non-performance, or issues arising from their services.
    • Must comply with legal obligations, including taxation.

6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

  • EventASAP is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from transactions.
  • Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of EventASAP.
  • The platform does not guarantee service quality but provides a means to facilitate bookings.

7. PLATFORM MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

  • EventASAP may update terms, fees, or policies with prior notice.
  • Users violating these Terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently removed.

8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

  • EventASAP collects and stores user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • User data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Termination:

  • Vendor accounts can be terminated at any time the company chooses, especially when fraud or cancellation happens.

12. Liability and Indemnity:

  • – Limitations of liability for EventASAP and its users.

    – Business’s responsibility to indemnify EventASAP for certain claims.

13. Changes to Terms:

  • – How and when terms and conditions may be updated.

    – Notification procedures for users.

EventASAP’s Payment Terms

Receiving Payments

 The following conditions (the “Payment Terms”) govern payments made or received via www.EventASAP.com (the “Site”), which is administered by EventASAP Ltd. (Victoria Building Middlebrough, United Kingdom).

The company EventASAP Ltd. Card payments from the platform are processed using PayPal payment terms, which you can learn more about here. EventASAP Ltd. and EventASAP Limited are referred to collectively as “EventASAP” “we” or “us” hereto.

Please carefully read these Payment Terms before making or receiving payments through the Site. By making or receiving payments using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound and adhere by these Payment Terms on behalf of yourself, your employer, or any other organisation (where applicable). These Terms supplement, where applicable, EventASAP’s General EventASAP Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms of Service”).
